Job Description
Lead Client Relationship Professional- FT
Assist manager with day to day operations and functions of the team. Will support 2000+ clients throughout a tax season. Will work on projects relating to correcting and streamlining client experience issues.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. Candidate must possess above average analytical and problem solving abilities and the ability to work independently and/ or part of a team. Candidate must be exceptionally client focused.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist manager with day to day operations and functions of the team. Will support 2000+ clients throughout a tax season. Will work on projects relating to correcting and streamlining client experience issues.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and direction of Client Relationship Professionals to meet monthly goals
- Display expertise in country specific tax documents and assist Client Relationship Professionals with escalated reviews
- Ensure outstanding end to end client experience from signed CSA to filing of tax return
- Manage e-filing process for the office
- Manage client communication for 2000+ clients
- Grow the business by focusing on improving conversion and acquiring referrals
- Assist in resolving e-filing errors and rejects for tax returns, extensions, and FBARs
- Assist in the distribution of tax organizers to clients
- Assist the client with technical difficulties, as needed
- Assemble, file, scan and track tax returns, estimates, extensions, and FBARs
- Assist in maintenance of records in CRM application
- Ensure client privacy and data confidentiality
- General administrative word processing, filing, scanning
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum
- Education and/ or work experience necessary to demonstrate necessary skill level
- Multiple years of experience in client service with an acceptable level of performance of the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. Ability to interact with all levels of associates while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive contributor to the business
- Experience with general office support, scanning, photocopying and receptionist coverage
- Ability to demonstrate core leadership behaviors to grow and develop associates
Preferred
- Experience in virtual business
- BA in communication or like field
- Knowledge and/ or expertise in country specific tax documents
- Leadership or involvement in business projects
